Broughshane Barn Conversion recommended for approval.
Our proposal for a second barn conversion adjacent to Loughloughan Barn has been put forward for planning approval. This will be our third building on this site and completes the development of 2 barn conversions and a new dwelling all of which have great views of 'Slemish'.

Cavan project gets thumbs up from planners.
We have just heard that our project in County Cavan has been granted planning permission 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
