The residence is composed of two rectilinear forms echoing traditional farm buildings. The residence is entered centrally on in the south facing block. To the left of the hallway lies the spacious lounge with high level windows to the west and north facades. To right of the entrance lie the kitchen and utility space with high level north facing glazing. The glazed link between the two main blocks acts as the dining space this space has two sheltered courtyards to the west and east. This flat roof element will have a sedum green roof. A dry stone wall lies to the north side of these courtyards with the bedroom block behind, accommodating four number bedrooms three with en-suite facilities a family bathroom and laundry room with access directly to the farm yard. The curved zink standing seam roof helps this block integrate in with the other farm buildings, particular when viewed from the existing yard and laneway.
