McGarry-Moon Architects Ltd is a design led practice creating exciting contemporary architecture throughout the UK and Ireland, in areas such as Sligo, Belfast, Donegal, Coleraine, Derry, Ballymena and Fermanagh. We specialise in architect services, such as modern extensions and contemporary house designs. Jessica McGarry and Steven Moon established the practice whilst working in London in May 2004. Having been appointed as lead architect on several projects (including contemporary house designs and modern extensions) within the north and south of Ireland the directors made the decision to relocate its base to Northern Ireland, operating in areas such as Sligo, Belfast, Donegal, Coleraine, Derry, Ballymena and Fermanagh.
Priding themselves on a strong client service, each building is the product of an on going dialogue between architect and client regarding their aspirations, optimal building programme and a comprehensive investigation into site and context. Throughout this process, innovative ideas are conceived, tested and communicated through sketches, drawings, physical models and 3D computer modelling.
